[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide new pension administration system that can fundamentally provide the systems, functionality and support to deliver all transactional aspects of day-to-day defined contribution and defined benefit administration work.
- Solution supports the above plan types and a significant participant volume in addition to new plan types, such as additional voluntary contributions and investment choices.
- Display up to date member data.
- Allow members access to areas of their record, including documents and files.
- Allow members to run pension benefit modelling calculations.
- Have functionality to allow updates to personal details via completing an online form.
- Access to complete retirement forms which then create workflow processes.
- Allow members to upload supporting documentation including certificates, check application statuses, receive notification of any new process completed online, view on-going payment payslip and print copies of documents and payslips with relevant header and footer.
- Allow members to securely contact.
- Post messages to the member records and allow to email and text a member to confirm a secure message is available via online service. Control and limit the access for employers to member records, workflow and images relating to staff who are employed within their remit.
- Employers should be able to submit their current templates (i.e. Excel file) to the system allowing any transition to be seamless.
- System should be able to validate to employer login’s periodically providing last login along with any failed attempts.
- Allow the PSPB full control of creating and maintaining permissions to all fields available via the digital service.
- Allow data to be electronically loaded, validated and accepted, providing full error reports where data has failed validation.
- Allow employers secure access to respond to failed validations.
- Allow employers to track and manage records that have failed validation and loading.
- Be able to validate all applications and support straight through processing.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 26, 2019.
(3) Contract term will be five years.
