[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology staff managed services Provider who will provide a full range of IT support services, including 2-hour on-site response and remote system maintenance, advanced desktop support and troubleshooting, proactive network management, software licensing management, equipment warranty management and assisting in IT asset tracking and resource planning. The dedicated internal IT Manager, IT Coordinator and a GIS IT Coordinator but may still heavily rely on the Proponent, from time to time, to provide input into planning, establishing, implementing and maintaining the network infrastructure, applications and hardware.
- Network Monitoring and Optimization Management including Monitor and report on the availability, performance, security and health of the hardware and software components of the network, Utilize 24-hour / 7 days/week electronic alerts to monitor the systems; any detected issues must be resolved in a proactive manner to avoid or minimize network downtime, Optimize network traffic flow for the District’s business needs, Manage and remove log files and temp files on servers, Server system updates, firmware updates, patching, and version control, Ensure that critical applications used operating within normal parameters.
- Network Design, Installation and Support including Manage local and remote servers, SANs, VM/HCI hosts, routers, switches, firewalls and other physical network devices, Work with the IT Manager on the execution of IT equipment upgrade plan, including purchasing and installation, Provide remote and onsite technical support, Documented support process maps for staff orientation and efficient processing, Install and manage print drivers, Manage VPN subnet, set-up and client support, Support remote landfill, transfer station and water station computer equipment.
- Some level 2 and all level 3 helpdesk telephone/email support and periodic helpdesk staff augmentation. Receive helpdesk calls and resolve questions and issues via telephone, remote support or email, Manage Windows desktops, server applications, cloud-based services, printers, desk phones, smartphones and portable devices in-person and remotely, Provide Active Directory network administration for users and IT assets to the government authority located in Dawson Creek, BC.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 2, 2019.
(3) The contract term will be for one years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
