[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employer rideshare outreach program service.
- Consultant shall work with employers to develop and implement customized Employer Transportation Plans for employers.
- Consultant shall develop a plan to implement those strategies to help employees get to and from work without driving alone and further increase participation in programs.
- Develop Comprehensive Annual Strategic Sales: Consultant shall analyse the employer market and develop and maintain a comprehensive and overarching strategic sales plan that analyses the current OC employer and commuter market. The plan should include market research and modern
sales strategies and mechanisms that specifically target B2B sales.
- Execute Comprehensive Annual Strategic Sales Plan: Consultant is responsible for executing the marketing, sales and outreach methods outlined in the Comprehensive Sales Plan. Consultant is responsible for other ongoing outreach efforts including one-on-one meetings, briefings, or presentations with executive management, human resources staff, or risk management (facilities) staff. Consultant shall also provide innovative sales ideas and methods that can help employers implement the programs at their work sites.
- Recruit and Increase Participants in Perk Pass, Vanpool, and OCTA AVR Services: Consultant shall ensure adequate steps are taken to increase the number of companies in OC signed up for OCTA’s Perk Pass and AVR Services as well as Metrolink’s Cooperate Pass Program.
• The Perk Pass program which provides discounted bus passes to employees at participating employers
• Average Vehicle Ridership (AVR) survey calculation and data analysis
• Metrolink’s corporate Pass Program which provides discounted Metrolink train passes to employees at participating employers
• The Guaranteed Ride Home (GRH) program which allows employees that rideshare the opportunity to reimburse the cost of any emergency trip home
• OC Vanpool Subsidy Program
• Employer outreach to provide assistance in maximizing Rideshare program participation.
• Participation in employer rideshare fairs/outreach events
• Employer Transportation Plans which provide personalized commuter solutions for individual employers.
• Employee Transportation Coordinators (ETC) marketing training and network meetings
• Web-based information at www.go511.com or www.ridematch.info
• Promotional programs such as Rideshare Week, Bike to Work Week, Earth Month, and Dump the Pump campaign
• Ride matching and vanpool formation services
• SCAQMD Rule 2202 compliance assistance.
(2) A pre proposal conference will be held on August 21, 2019,
