[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide contract attorney services to the government authority located in Butte, MT.
- Counsel is aware of and shall comply with annual CLE requirements set by state, counsel shall, upon request from OPD, provide proof of compliance with the annual CLE requirements,
- Counsel shall provide full and complete legal representation for any assigned by OPD and accepted by counsel pursuant to this MOU,
- Counsel is aware of and shall comply with OPDs practice standards in place at the time and any subsequent updates made during the duration of this MOU.
(2) A contract term will be for two years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
