[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide bill printing, inserting and mailing services for water and sewer bills to the government authority located in Gainesville, GA.
- provides water, sanitary and sewer services to 58,000 plus accounts,
- The billing data for this customer base is developed primarily from water meters at each location,
- The customer base is divided into 4 billing cycles, which are billed once a month, plus monthly collection bills and weekly final bills, all accounts are billed each month, with the expectation of payment being received,
- bills four cycles of approximately 12,000-17,000 bills per cycle per month and as such will transmit 4 data/print files to the Service Provider each month, plus weekly final bills and monthly collections.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 20, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
