[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide diversity and inclusion training services to provide and prepare racial inequity training for central health and sendero employees that includes the groundwater approach with a history of health inequalities to the government authority located in Austin, TX.
- Prepare training curriculum that is based on the groundwater approach that believes racial inequity across systems & socio-economic difference does not explain the racial inequity, and inequities are caused by systems, regardless of people’s culture or behavior.
- Propose multiple schedules or timelines for training both virtually and in person.
- Must provide a robust program not exceeding eight hours.
- Trainers must have the capabilities to execute health equity training for up to 325 employees from central health, within 2 years, on the history of health inequities in the county
- Trainers will provide scheduled debriefs as needed both in writing and in person.
- The degree of relevant experience of the Proposer with other governmental entities and health care institutions.
- Additional relevant experience with clients other than governmental entities and healthcare institutions, which indicate comparable experience and resources are available.
- Contractor must provide a timeline for training.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on May 25, 2021.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than June 7, 2021.
