(1) Vendor needs to provide website consultant services using content management system to develop and maintain a website for parks and recreation that showcases parks and amenities, expands access to information and programs, streamlines communications, and designs a robust storytelling experience for park visitors and the overall community.
- Create a marketing-forward Indy Parks website to showcase parks and amenities
- Expand access to Indy Parks information, programs, and amenities e.g. mobile first, accessibility, and multilingual
- Streamline Indy Parks communication processes and procedures both for staff and visitors
- Flexible design schema to support and standardize individual content requirements
- Customizable roles and permissions
- Content versioning: Including content archiving and scheduling publishing
- Browser-based CMS portal utilizing single sign-on ideally Microsoft Azure
- Media optimizer to leverage existing Indy Parks media library
- Built-in SEO tools
- Multi-lingual translation
- Comprehensive, robust filtering, and searching
- Intuitive, flexible navigation system
- Comprehensive and robust site search
- Develop, test, and maintain user interface for existing and new integrated website services
- Configure Google analytics to ensure performance meets expectations and to guide data-driven decision making to advance both the city-county technical and business needs
- Mapping solution that leverages API or full integration to sync with GIS data
- Solution must incorporate existing Parks service and communication platforms including but not limited to indy.gov, Active Net, Salesforce, social channels, etc.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 16, 2021.
