[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide learning and talent management software systems that provides comprehensive tracking, reporting, scheduling, healthcare training modules as well as a comprehensive Talent Management Suite; support administrative operations to ensure the capability to provide required information to regulatory/compliance organizations/agencies; e implementation, conversion, and training. Vendor shall propose a transition plan from the current system; Ability to design multiple performance evaluation templates in the TMS; modules that are already eligible for CE/CME credit; Ability to set up multiple access roles and groups and assign individuals to those groups; allowing them access only to certain groups within the organization; readily interface with organization's HR/Finance database and existing IS systems; LMS allows the loading of all courseware; allows for 3rd party modules to be loaded; LMS has built in Repository allowing you to load and administer all content; LMS has the capability to act as a library for the entire organizational education resources including: computer-based training course ware, instructor-led classes, in services/workshops, external training, educational books, videos, CDs, virtual classes; Ability to allow managers to review training progress of their direct reports, assign them courses and generate/view/ print reports; Ability to create new organizations, departments, people groups and users; Administrative ability to produce and e-mail compliance management reports; Digital video and audio capability for Flash, Windows Media, Mpeg4 and streaming video; TMS shall have the functionality to auto initiate participants into the correct performance
evaluation plan; Ability to build a career plan; Ability to journal performance notes; Vendor shall describe its approach to providing both “Super-User” and “End-User” training.
(2) An Optional Preproposal Conference will be held on September 24, 2021.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 20, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
