(1) Vendor needs to provide state lobbying services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.
- Identify and analyze pending state legislation, policies, and regulations affecting agency and its interests.
- Assist agency in developing and carrying out strategies for advancing or opposing legislative proposals at the state legislative level that are beneficial or detrimental to agency and its programs.
- Represent and advocate on behalf of agency through scheduled, extended or special legislative sessions and meetings, relevant state administrative, commission and agency hearings, meetings, or rule making proceedings and related interest group sessions.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 25, 2022.
(3) Contract term will be three years.
