(1) Vendor needs to provide financial consulting services to review of all documents for authorization and defeasance of the bond to the government authority located in Santa Ana, CA.
- Review and assist with the preparation of financial reports required for the defeasance, addressing the total cost to defease, sources and types of funding, and other analysis consistent with expected questions from rating analysts
- Monitor market conditions and provide recommendations regarding the timing of the transaction.
- Assist with the defeasance closing details, providing a follow-up analysis of the final terms.
- Review and prepare a summary report of the pro forma financial statements submitted by respondents.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 10, 2022.
(3) Contract period will be five years.
