(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual upgrade service in auditorium that will enable district to host in person events and livestream events in HD format to the government authority located in LaGrangeville, NY.
• Proposals should address transformation of former auditorium into full featured meeting space with web-based capabilities built in.
• Displays and audio systems sized appropriately for the proposed space
• Video conferencing equipment such as HD cameras and appropriate microphones should be included in proposal so that people will be able to interact with others virtually via web meeting software such as zoom, google meet, WebEx, etc.
• There should be flexibility in connecting to a/v system from endpoints. presenters must be able to connect a presenting device to the system wirelessly as well as hard-wired.
• High quality audio wireless microphone system with digital signal processor should be integrated in proposal.
• Touch screen control of entire AV system
• The audio video system should be easy to use by administrators and district personnel.
• An initial onsite training session should be included in the solution for a small group of district personnel, plus a separate onsite training session for I.T. support.
