(1) Vendor needs to provide community engagement and outreach river project.
- Project management, in partnership with the Town’s technical consultant, Interfluve. This will include coordination and oversight of subcontractors including, but not limited to landscape architects, 3D watershed modeler and a graphic designer.
- Community outreach and education, which includes staffing the town’s river citizen’s advisory committee, coordination of any technical review amongst external project partners and stakeholders and developing and implementing a citizen education and outreach plan.

- Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite.
