[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise internet and associated services to the government authority located in Texas.
- Provide a response to each Internet Access service requirement as to service availability and description of services to meet the service request
- Primary (Admin) Dedicated Internet Access Service for 10 Gigabit scalable to 100 Gigabit.
- Option for related services including but not limited to distributed denial of service protection
- The provider should be a Tier 1 provider or a high capacity and quality Tier 2 provider.
- The transport service to the backbone Internet connection should be a dedicated connection for the contracted Internet bandwidth.    
- Cost effectiveness
- Unlimited data transfers
- High quality service
- Dedicated, non-oversubscribed transport
- Dedicated Internet Port Service
- Bandwidth monitoring to ensure good throughput to the internet
- High reliability
- High availability
- IPv4 and IPv6 routing
(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on February 2, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 6, 2023
