[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide communications support services.
- Provide timely professional Public Relations.
• Collection and review of pertinent information and relevant data from previous communications and public relations efforts.
• Provide key findings from review and submit within thirty days of contract execution a detailed communications plan that identifies how the goals for the external communications and community relations strategies will be accomplished.
• Implement new strategic communications plan that reflects the agency’s new narrative.
• Evaluate agency’s website content in the context of the broader plan and ensure pertinent information is available and easily accessible to users.
• Assist in the development of a crisis communication plan and any related holding statements, emergency action plans and related collateral materials.
• Review current social media strategy and develop and manage an enhanced plan that increases agency’s social media presence.
• Provide Media Relations and Engagement- Develop, nurture and leverage local and national media relationships to gain proactive, positive media placements for agency executives, projects and human-interest stories.
• Review current communication plans for resident engagement and develop new communications plan to ensure that the community is engaging, and we are informing residents and they have means to provide feedback.
• Have appropriate staff on call to provide response to media calls, ground breakings, and other relevant opportunities.
• Provide speech writing, talking points development, media training and interview preparation for events and media stories, serving the agency CEO, COO and Executive Leadership Team.
• Administer Press Releases writing, publishing, and media response coordination.
• Manage Media analytics and reporting
