(1) Vendor needs to provide professional development services to the government authority located in Bethesda, MD
- Provide responsive, reliable, and adaptive safety, security, regulatory, employee and scientific support services to enable current and evolving agency research and its applications.
- This requirement will support the office of research services’ scientific resources cluster’s continuing efforts of transformation and change at all levels.
- The services provided, staff will be empowered to lead and to advance the office of research services’ efforts to create an optimal work environment for all staff.
- office of research service associate director of scientific resources and the leadership within the office of research services’ scientific resources cluster to advise on implementing an inclusive, shared, and accountable approach to leadership and organizational development that cascades up, down, and throughout the organization.
- These services will assist the office of research services’ scientific resources cluster as it seeks to improve performance, accountability, and efficiency, all of which will result in better customer service.
- Provide executive coaching services to eight to twenty office of research services’ scientific resources Cluster leaders as well as workshops for leaders within each of the divisions comprising the office of research services’ scientific resources Cluster.
(2) The contract period will be for one year.
(3) This bid is set aside for total small business.
