- responsible for maintaining sufficient personnel in its offices to answer inquiries from eligible participants, respond to employee and management issues in a timely manner; and to otherwise fulfil its duties and responsibilities under this Agreement

- Capability of providing a state-wide Employee Assistance Program.
- Capability of administering the State’s plan within the timelines and requirements
- Contractor shall have past experience providing similar services to at least one other employer with 10,000 or more employees. Current public sector or Iowa-specific experience is preferred
