[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide project management review service to the government authority located in North Battleford, SK.         
- Project Governance:
• Roles and responsibilities covering the process from idea stage through design, procurement
and delivery include roles of procurement, legal, finance, project managers, and organizational
management levels.
• Policies, procedures and processes detailing the execution of governance functions such as:  
    o Project readiness stage gates for pre-project planning.
    o Identifying, escalating, and resolving risks and issues
    o Defining roles and responsibilities and authorities
    o Processes for project knowledge management and capturing lessons learned.
    o Decision making, problem solving and escalating topics that are beyond the project manager’s authority; and
    o Reviewing and approving changes to the project that are beyond the authority of the project manager.
- Integration Management
• Procedures, processes and activities needed to identify, define, combine, unify, coordinate and
make compatible the various processes and activities of project management including but not
limited to:
   o Procedures or guidance to select a project strategy including procurement model.
   o Procedures to manage change requests.
   o Procedures for project closeouts.  
- Scope Management
• Procedures and policy to control project’s changes including approach to determine the initial
scope, definition of a change, procedures to approve changes, and tracking changes including
but not limited to:
    o Procedures to develop owner focused work breakdown structures
    o Procedures for scope validation and verification
    o Approaches to manage scope, unforeseen scope increases, and manage change.  
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 26, 2023.        
(3) A contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite and Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
