[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide security guard services to the government authority located in Denmark, SC.         
- Duties to be performed shall include, but are not limited to the following:
• The Contractor shall patrol the campus and respond.
• The contractor shall work twelve-hour evening shifts.
A. The duration of the contract will be Fifty days on the following schedule: October -16 days;
November 17 days and December - 17 days.
• The Contractor shall furnish uniformed and armed guards to protect and prevent the property against fires, misuse, larceny, theft, and damage or destruction by sabotage, riots or any other criminal activity.
• The Contractor shall periodically patrol the building and adjoining premises to make sure all doors are secure. The officers shall record exactly when and where the designated area was inspected; rounds shall be made hourly.
• The Contractor shall maintain a logbook to record incidents that may occur during his duty period.
• The Contractor shall monitor the security closed circuit camera systems for the building and adjoining premises.
• The Contractor shall turn on and/or off the security alarms according to the posted schedule.
• The Contractor shall assist in monitoring DTC’s parking lot to ensure any unauthorized vehicles are identified. Findings of any unauthorized vehicle must be reported to the Director of Public Safety (Chief of Police) or authorized personnel.
• The Contractor must turn off all lights when securing campus facilities upon after the exit of employees, and designated visitors.       
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 18, 2023.
