- Active transportation network. Consider transportation equity. Propose additional/different corridors than shown in the Better Bike network if necessary, based on professional expertise, as well as the results of the public outreach and stakeholder meetings
- Provide a set of preliminary drawings for corridors as agreed upon, with a design report and cost estimates for construction.
