[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide audio lighting and stage equipment supplies to the government authority located in Tolleson, AZ.
• Responsible for supplying all equipment for the event and the necessary personnel for the set-up, maintenance and tear down of the equipment
o Provide the Services at the events and during the days and hours listed below
• Latin Music Festival- March 2 - March 3, 2024:
- Portable stage (minimum 24’D X 32’W X 40”H,) concert microphone package, six to eight monitors, side wings, a backline for bands, all cable snakes, stands and crossovers, cable covers to front of stage monitor or side (approximately 100 feet), stage lighting (front and back), stage hands, engineer, power generation (generators requires), and possibly a background video wall.
• Whoopee Days – April 19 – April 21, 2024:
- A concert microphone package, six to eight monitors, side wings, a backline for bands, all cable snakes, stands and crossovers, cable covers to front of stage monitor or side (approximately 100 feet), stage lighting (front and back), stage hands, engineer, possibly power generation, and possibly a background video wall
• July 4 th Celebration – July 4, 2024:
- A concert microphone package, six to eight monitors, side wings, a backline for bands, all cable snakes, stands and crossovers, cable covers to front of stage monitor or side (approximately 100 feet), stage lighting (front and back), stage hands, engineer, possibly power generation, and possibly a background video wall.
• (Not Scheduled as of 1/2023) VFW Country Festival – September 2024:
- A concert microphone package, six to eight monitors, side wings, a backline for bands, all cable snakes, stands and crossovers, cable covers to front of stage monitor or side (approximately 100 feet), stage lighting (front and back), stage hands, engineer, possibly power generation and possibly a background video wall.
• Luces de Navidad – December 9 – December 10, 2023:
- A portable stage (minimum 24’ X 32’ X 40”,) concert microphone package, six to eight monitors, side wings, a backline for bands, all cable snakes, stands and crossovers, cable covers to front of stage monitor or side (approximately 100 feet), stage lighting (front and back), stage hands, engineer, power generation (generators required), and possibly a background video wall.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2023
