[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction service for crosswalk to the government authority located in Oahu, HI.
- The crosswalk shall include pavement markings, a built median, pedestrian refuge, signage, lighting, and rectangular rapid flash beacons.
- The Contractor is solely responsible for traffic management set up and removal outside of peak travel hours in accordance with the City and County
- The Contractor is solely responsible for maintaining best management practices for stormwater management in accordance with City and County
- The Contractor shall be responsible for the repair or replacement of any and all damage to the Premises due to the actions of the Contractor or its subcontractor(s) while working on the Premises.
- The Contractor shall provide a list of all phone numbers of personnel assigned to the Premises and who can be contacted in case of an emergency
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2023
