[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide grant writing consultant service.
1. Funding needs analysis - to assess the validity of current funding opportunities and identify new and potential funding opportunities pertaining to each department.
2. Grant funding research – Conduct research to identify grant resources including, but not limited to federal, state, foundation, agencies, and organizations that support the City’s funding needs and priorities in the following general areas meant to illustrate opportunities not limit or demonstrate order of importance:
- Community and Economic Development
- Health and Safety
- Community and Municipal Planning
- Criminal Justice Technology and Programs
- Infrastructure Development and Maintenance
- Recreation and Community Services
- Transportation and Transit Systems
- Information Technology
3. Grant writing and administration –
- Write all sections of the grant application.
- Ensure proper completion and timely submission of all financial and performance reports and other periodic reporting requirements.
- Prepare and maintain public information binder.
- Maintain grant compliance and reporting, including outcome measurements and grant budgts.
4. Grant proposal development – Provide grant proposal writing services associated with the completion of grant applications on behalf of the City, including preparation of funding abstracts, production, and submittal of applications to funding sources.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 26, 2023.
(3) The contract term will be two years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
