(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources, executive search and personnel recruitment consulting services for meeting with city staff to develop job profiles, developing an outreach plan for recruiting, identifying appropriate advertising sources, preparing brochures and advertisements, directly contacting prospective candidates, accepting applications and resumes, developing appropriate processes, resources and materials for use in selecting candidates and finalists, coordinating arrangements for finalists to meet with city staff during the selection processes and facilitating any meetings that may be required during the various stages of the process to the government authority    located in Eugene, OR.
(2) Contract period will one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
